– Chibi:Brief/Idea → Sketch → Line → Base Color → Final– Animated Emote:Brief/Idea → Sketch → Line → Base Color → Final Art → Animating → Final file (GIF/MP4/MOV)Note:
– Please give feedback as soon as possible to help keep the deadline on track (´• ω •`)
– Once a stage is approved, we won’t go back unless the mistake is on the artist's side.
– Each stage includes up to 3 free revisions, counted per feedback round. After that, it’s +5$ per each extra revision.Turnaround time (TAT):
– Chibi: 2-4 weeks per ea.
– Animated chibi emote: 4-5 weeks.Payment Terms:
-Paypal or bank (visa, taptap send,...)– 50% deposit after submitting the brief and receiving the quote.
– Remaining 50% is paid when around the commission is almost completed.Payment deadline: 7 days
(You can request a 1-time extension of up to 7 days. If payment is not made after that, the commission will be automatically canceled.)Cancellation Policy:
– Cancel before sketching → refund full
– Cancel after sketching before line → 50% refund (20 dollar commission will be refunded $5)
– Cancel after Line → no refundClient Usage Rights / Non-commercial use:
Clients are allowed to:
- Use the artwork for personal profiles, banners, wallpapers, and social media
- Print the artwork for personal use
- Post the commission online with proper credit-- Commercial clients may use the artwork only within the agreed commercial scope.Commercial use fees apply when the artwork is used for:
- Merchandise
- Twitch/Youtube monetization
- Branding/logo use
- Emotes for paid memberships
- Game assets
- Advertising/promotional materials
- Reselling prints or productsCommercial pricing is calculated based on:
- Type of usage
- Audience size/business scale
- Exclusivity request
- Revenue purposeHeavy commercial projects, mass production, or corporate use may require a custom quote.Artist Rights
- The artist retains full copyright to the artwork unless explicitly transferred.
- The artist may display commissioned work in portfolios, social media, or commission samples unless requested otherwise beforehand.
Clients may not:
- Claim the artwork as their own creation
- Resell the raw artwork files
- Train AI models using the artwork
- Edit the artwork heavily without permissionCredit to the artist is appreciated when possible.The artist reserves the right to refuse:
- Hate/extremist content
- NFT/blockchain usage
- AI training usage
- Illegal or exploitative content
- Content outside the artist’s comfort zoneAdditional Terms:
– If you cancel a waitlist slot, I will no longer add you to the waitlist in the future. You can reschedule once per order (within a month)
– If you change your brief after sketching starts, a 10% fee (of total value) will apply
– If I cancel the commission, you will receive a 120% refund.
